Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the joyabaj platform. By registering an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all provisions set out in this document.
What These Terms Cover
Account Obligations
Your joyabaj account is personal and non-transferable. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account, including all bets placed and all deposits made from your registered payment methods.
Fair Play Standards
joyabaj operates under strict fair-play standards. Any attempt to exploit software errors, use automated betting systems, collude with other players, or manipulate game outcomes will result in immediate account suspension.
Payment Integrity
All deposits and withdrawals at joyabaj must be processed through payment methods registered to your verified identity. Third-party payment on behalf of another account holder is strictly prohibited.
Age Verification
joyabaj is an adults-only platform. All account holders must be aged 18 or above. Age and identity verification is required before any withdrawal is processed, and may be requested at any time during the account lifecycle.
Bonus Conditions
All bonuses and promotional offers at joyabaj are subject to wagering requirements, time limits, and game restrictions. Accepting a bonus constitutes acceptance of the specific bonus terms applicable at the time of offer.
Terms Amendments

General Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("the User", "you", "your") and joyabaj ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the joyabaj website, mobile interface, games, betting markets, promotional offers, and all associated services (collectively, "the Services"). By accessing joyabaj, creating an account, logging into an existing account, or placing any bet or wager, you irrevocably confirm that you have read, fully understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. joyabaj operates as an online casino and sports betting platform serving players in Bangladesh. All Services are provided in English. All account balances, transaction amounts, bonus values, and wagering thresholds are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), represented by the ৳ symbol throughout the platform.
joyabaj reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users via the email address associated with their account or via a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of joyabaj following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically for updates.
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severed from the Agreement. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of joyabaj to enforce any right or provision under this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
Eligibility & Age Restriction
To be eligible to register and use a joyabaj account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout the life of your account:
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- You are registering as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
- You are not a current or former employee of joyabaj, nor an immediate family member of such an employee.
- You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by the laws applicable to you.
- You have not previously been self-excluded or permanently banned from joyabaj or any affiliated platform.
- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
joyabaj reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents from any account holder at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the timeframe specified in our request will result in account restriction, suspension of withdrawals, or permanent account closure. Verification documents accepted include but are not limited to: National ID card (NID), passport, driving licence, and utility bill for address verification — all documents must be current, legible, and unaltered.
If joyabaj discovers or has reasonable grounds to believe that an account is held by a person under 18 years of age, that account will be immediately suspended. Any funds in the account at the time of suspension — including deposits, winnings, and bonus balances — will be withheld pending investigation. Where underage gambling is confirmed, all deposits will be returned to the payment source and all winnings will be forfeited. joyabaj may report the matter to the relevant authorities.
Account Registration
Each individual may hold only one active account on joyabaj. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. Where duplicate accounts are identified, joyabaj reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held across them.
Accurate Information Requirement
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the point of registration and to keep that information up to date throughout your use of the platform. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Bangladesh mobile number, email address, and the payment method details used for deposits. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate permanent account closure with forfeiture of all balances.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your joyabaj username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. joyabaj strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account, which sends a one-time verification code to your registered Bangladesh mobile number on every login. joyabaj will never contact you by phone, email, or any messaging service to request your password, bKash PIN, Nagad PIN, or any other security credential.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify joyabaj support immediately via live chat on the platform. joyabaj accepts no liability for losses resulting from the unauthorised use of your account where you have shared your credentials, failed to secure your device, or failed to report suspected unauthorised access promptly.
One Account Per Household
In addition to the one-account-per-person rule, joyabaj applies a one-active-account-per-household policy for the purposes of bonus and promotional offer eligibility. Multiple players residing at the same address may each hold an individual account, but promotional bonuses will be issued once per household unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.
Deposits & Withdrawals
joyabaj processes all transactions exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, and Islami Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal thresholds are displayed in the cashier section of your account at the time of the transaction request.
Deposit Terms
All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where a payment is made from an account, mobile wallet, or bank account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited. Where a third-party deposit is identified, joyabaj reserves the right to void the deposit, reverse the transaction, suspend the account, and request additional verification documentation before any further transactions are permitted.
Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your joyabaj account balance instantly upon confirmation from the respective mobile financial service. In cases where a deposit is delayed, you should contact joyabaj support via live chat with your transaction reference number. joyabaj is not responsible for delays caused by the mobile financial service provider, telecommunications network issues, or Bangladesh bank processing times.
Withdrawal Terms
Withdrawals at joyabaj are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. Where this is not technically possible, joyabaj will contact you to arrange an alternative verified withdrawal method. Withdrawal requests are processed by our payments team within the timeframes published in the cashier section. joyabaj does not charge a platform fee on withdrawals; however, your mobile financial service provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges.
Before any withdrawal is processed, joyabaj may require completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. This process requires you to submit identity documents confirming your name, date of birth, and Bangladesh residential address. Withdrawals will be held pending successful KYC completion. This requirement is applied to all accounts and is not indicative of any suspected wrongdoing on the part of the account holder.
Bonuses & Promotions
joyabaj offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions aligned with Bangladesh cultural events such as Pohela Boishakh, Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, Victory Day, and Independence Day. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions applicable to each promotion, which are published at the time the offer is made available.
Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds credited to your joyabaj account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms. For example, a welcome bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means the total bonus amount must be wagered twenty times in qualifying games before any portion of the bonus-derived balance may be withdrawn. Bets placed on games excluded from wagering requirement fulfilment do not count toward the requirement.
Bonus Validity Period
All bonuses at joyabaj carry an expiry date. Bonus funds and any associated free spins that are not used within the validity period will be automatically removed from your account balance. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated. It is your responsibility to be aware of the expiry dates applicable to any bonus credited to your account.
Bonus Abuse
joyabaj operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, using low-risk or mathematically balanced betting strategies to artificially fulfil wagering requirements while minimising exposure, and coordinating with other users to exploit promotional structures. Where bonus abuse is identified, joyabaj reserves the right to void all bonuses and associated winnings, and to permanently close the account or accounts involved.
joyabaj reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. The availability of a particular bonus to a specific user is at joyabaj's sole discretion.
User Obligations
By using joyabaj, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, respectful, and honest manner at all times. The following obligations apply to every registered user of the platform:
- You will not use the platform for any purpose that is unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful to joyabaj or other users.
- You will not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the joyabaj platform, its servers, databases, or associated systems.
- You will not deploy bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to manipulate game outcomes, exploit odds, or circumvent platform security measures.
- You will not engage in collusion, chip dumping, or any form of coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
- You will not post, transmit, or distribute any content on joyabaj that is abusive, defamatory, threatening, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable.
- You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or extract the source code of any joyabaj software.
- You will not use joyabaj to process payments on behalf of any third party or to facilitate any form of money laundering.
- You will promptly notify joyabaj support of any technical errors, software faults, or incorrect game outcomes that appear to provide an unintended advantage. Exploitation of such errors is prohibited.
Breach of any of the above obligations constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. joyabaj reserves the right to take all necessary legal and operational remedies in response to such breaches, including permanent account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable.
Account Suspension & Closure
joyabaj reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: suspected breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to complete identity verification, suspected underage gambling, account inactivity, or receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
Voluntary Account Closure
You may request the closure of your joyabaj account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat on the platform. Before your account is closed, you will be required to withdraw any remaining real-money balance to your registered payment method. Bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure unless the applicable wagering requirements have been fully met prior to the closure request.
Self-Exclusion
joyabaj provides self-exclusion tools for players who feel that their gambling activity is becoming problematic. You may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 12 months, or permanent self-exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be inaccessible and you will not receive any promotional communications from joyabaj. To request self-exclusion, contact our 24/7 support team via live chat. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period.
Dormant Accounts
An account is classified as dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. joyabaj will notify you by email before applying dormant account status. A monthly administration fee of ৳50 may be deducted from dormant account balances to cover account maintenance costs, provided this does not reduce the balance below ৳0. Where a dormant account balance reaches ৳0, the account may be closed. You may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and contacting support.
Limitation of Liability
The joyabaj platform and all associated Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, joyabaj makes no warranties, representations, or guarantees of any kind — express or implied — regarding the platform's availability, reliability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from errors, interruptions, or harmful components.
joyabaj shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical failures, server outages, or telecommunications disruptions; losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate account security; or losses resulting from reliance on any information published on the platform.
Service Interruptions
joyabaj does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned technical issues, third-party provider outages, or circumstances beyond joyabaj's reasonable control may result in temporary service interruptions. joyabaj will make reasonable efforts to minimise such interruptions and to notify users in advance of scheduled maintenance periods.
Third-Party Game Providers
Games available at joyabaj are provided by independent third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe. joyabaj is not responsible for the game mechanics, RNG behaviour, visual presentation, or technical performance of third-party game content. Any disputes relating to game outcomes in third-party titles must be raised with joyabaj support, who will liaise with the relevant provider on your behalf.
